We want you to be happy with your Adreluma device, so every order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Because of how our fulfillment works, we do not require you to ship anything back to us — here is exactly how returns and refunds work.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Email contact@adreluma.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will send you a full refund or a free replacement, your choice. You do not need to send anything back.

Changed your mind

Email us within 60 days of delivery. For most orders we can offer a partial refund without requiring you to return the item, since return shipping usually costs more than the item is worth. We will confirm the exact amount by email before issuing it.

The overnight lip mask

Cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons — but it's covered like everything else if it arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 5 business days to post the funds.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in processing.
