2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Products

Our devices are cosmetic products intended for personal, at-home use. They are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice.

Individual results vary. We make no guarantee that any product will produce a particular outcome for you. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, have a pacemaker or metal implants, or take photosensitizing medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

We try to display colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly as they appear in person.

4. Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, discontinue products or limit quantities at any time without notice.

We make every effort to keep pricing accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order has been confirmed.

Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not receive or store your full card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, placed by a reseller, or in breach of these terms.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, design and layout — belongs to Adreluma or our suppliers and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to transmit malicious code.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You are responsible for what you submit and confirm it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
